It's a four day weekend at Easter, but if you need medical help that isn't an emergency or life-threatening, here is what's available locally.

The NHS have launched a new campaign this week focusing on how we, the public, can support the emergency services.
As you will be aware, the NHS is currently experiencing a spike in demand for all our health services, which is in turn putting pressures on acute and emergency services, as well as primary care. Please click NHS 111 Campaign and Poster to find out more about how we can all help our NHS.

Friends & Family Test

We are looking for your support to help us understand what we do well and areas we can improve. The Friends and Family Test is a national rolling survey, which you will now see in various healthcare settings.

You will be asked "How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment". You will find feedback slips in our waiting room for your convenience or you can ask a doctor for one during a home visit if you are not able to get to the surgery. You are welcome to complete a slip on each visit as things can change and this is an ongoing survey and the results will be published every month.

You can also complete the survey online by CLICKING HERE

You are also encouraged to provide a further comment to explain your rating to help us to identify areas for improvement. By responding it does not actually mean that you will be recommending your friends and family members to register at The Burwell Surgery, but the intention is to understand a patient satisfaction level of our services. The more responses we receive, the more valid the results will be.
