We are always looking at ways we can
improve the service we offer and
would like to encourage more
patients to give their views about
how the practice is doing.
To find out the opinions of as
many patients as possible we are
asking if you would like to be part
of our Patient Participation Group.
This would involve completing a
short form and providing us with
your email address so that we can
contact you by email every now and
again to ask a question or two.
We understand that not all of you
have access to a computer or email
but will be arranging alternative
options. If you are interested in
being part of this group, please
collect a form at reception.
Our receptionist, Nicola
Kettlewell, will be co-ordinating
this project, so if you would like
further information please contact
her at the surgery, she will be
happy to answer any queries you may
