Stay safe and healthy abroad

If you are travelling abroad you may need to be vaccinated. Please contact us via AskmyGP and a nurse will contact you to discuss what travel vaccinations you may need, this will depend on where you are travelling.

It is important to contact us at least eight weeks before you travel. You will then need an appointment to receive the vaccinations, please be aware at busier times we may have limited appointments.  Your appointment should be at least two weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription which cost more than the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
